Craft no-fuss holiday decorations for less

YOU'LL NEED
- Scissors
- Old blanket
- 1 yard green felt
- 2 wire wreath forms
- Cut a 2" × 3" strip from an old plaid blanket and set it aside.
- Cut remaining part of blanket and green felt into 1" × 6" pieces.
- Tie felt around small wreath hoop and blanket pieces onto large hoop.
- Fringe ends of long blanket strip using a scissor, tie wreaths together and finish by making a bow.
