- Colored blown egg
- Small scissors
- Butter knife
- Tea light candle, removed from silver holder
- Hold egg vertically with crown up. Use scissors to chip away at eggshell, starting at hole where egg was blown. Keep chipping until a third of eggshell is removed.
- Use butter knife to carve away edges of candle until it’s small enough to fit into eggshell.
- Center candle in bottom of shell, place shell in eggcup and light candle. (Warning: Never leave a flame unattended.)
