Get quilting
This project is by far the simplest quilt for beginners. Using a standard store-bought duvet as its base removes the need
to cut a layer of batting and line up with backing fabric.
A pretty patchwork cover is made from squares of fabric on one side, and stripes across the other, and is then filled with
the duvet. It is quilted with sweet felt flowers, with knots to hold the layers together. Remove the felt flowers before machine-washing,
or alternatively use buttons that can be left in place permanently.
