- 1/8" hole punch
- Hot glue gun

- 3 Cloth covered stem floral wires (.16; save-on-crafts.com)

Step 1: Place flower templates on felt and trace. For leaves, cut two large and two small leaves free form. For large flower, cut four small and four large flower shapes. For small flower, cut four small shapes. Snip a hole in center of each with scissors.
Step 2: Cut a 1" x 4" rectangle from third color of felt. Cut narrow fringe along one long edge. Add a dab of hot glue to one end of strip and roll fringed piece around tip of wire. Secure other end with glue.
Step 3: Slip wire through two small flower shapes and slide up until they touch fringe. Repeat with larger shapes. Add a dot of hot glue between each layer.
Step 4: For leaf stem, cut a 4" piece of wire and wrap around main stem, about 2" from base of flower.
Step 5: Cut two ½"-wide strips of felt to cover main stem and leaf stem. Apply glue along the center of long strip; lay main stem on top of glue. Apply glue along one edge of felt. Wrap felt around wire so edges meet. Repeat for leaf stem.
Step 6: Glue small leaf shape on top of large leaf shape, then glue leaf to leaf stem.
