To organize dried goods such as beans, powdered sugar, brown sugar and raisins, I use rectangular plastic storage boxes the size of shoeboxes.

  • Extra Tip: Cook twice as many beans as you need and set aside several 2-cup servings in ziptop bags in the freezer. You can add beans to an enchilada casserole or make refried beans and chips for an easy lunch.
