Use as an add-on
Make meat an accent ingredient instead of the focus of the meal. Stir in a few strips of chicken with veggies and pasta, or top a salad with steak slices. And dice up meat― for example, cut ham into cubes and put it in carbonara sauce or pasta salad instead of serving one big slice to each person. You’ll still taste the meat, but you’ll use far less.
