Rise and shine! Steal some alone time and set your alarm for an hour or so earlier than everyone else's. That way you can enjoy a quiet cup of coffee, do some stretches, get showered and dressed, and review the day's plan so you don't feel so frazzled later when you're getting the kids off to school. Invest in a coffeemaker with a timer so all you have to do is pour a cup first thing in the morning.
