Lie on your back and bend your knees in a 90-degree angle. Keep your arms at your side, slightly rounded, with palms facing your body.  

Step 1: Inhale, then exhale and lift your head, neck and upper shoulders off the floor (look at your knees), and raise your arms to hip level.
