- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Clean 2 bunches of kale, remove stems and rip into chip-size pieces.
- With your hands, massage kale pieces with salt and 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
- Place kale on baking sheets in single layer and bake until crisp, about 12 minutes.
- Keep chips in covered container for up to 4 days.
