Waffles with Walnuts and Warm Peaches
- 1 small peach, chopped
- 2 frozen low-fat whole-grain waffles (each 4 inches in diameter)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
Warm chopped peach in microwave for 3 minutes. Toast waffles and top with peach and walnuts.
Toast with Peanut Butter and Apple
- 1 slice whole-grain bread, toasted
- 1 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
- 1 small apple, sliced
Top toast with peanut butter and sliced apple.
Yogurt with Nectarine and Blackberries
- 1 6-oz. container plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1 small nectarine, chopped
- ½ cup blackberries
- 1 Tbsp. chopped almonds
Stir yogurt and honey. Top with nectarines, blackberries and almonds.
