Peanut Butter Oatmeal with Bananas
- 1 cup batch-cooked steel-cut oats (or use 1 cup cooked quick-cooking rolled oats)
- 1½ Tbsp. natural peanut butter
- 1 banana, sliced
Warm oats in microwave until warmed thoroughly, 1 to 3 minutes. Stir in peanut butter and top with bananas.
