Mozzarella and Tomato Melt
- 2 slices whole-grain bread
- 4 slices tomato
- 4 leaves fresh basil
- 2 slices part-skim mozzarella
- 1 cup grapes
Top bread with tomato, basil and cheese. Put in a toaster oven or under broiler until cheese is melted and bubbling, about 6 minutes. Serve with grapes.
