- ¼ cup uncooked whole-wheat couscous
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 3 oz. shrimp
- 2 cups broccoli slaw
Make couscous according to directions. Whisk together honey, ginger, lime juice and olive oil. In a skillet, cook shrimp in honey mixture for 5 minutes. Add in slaw and cook for 3 minutes. Serve shrimp and slaw with cooked couscous.
