End the day as well as you started it with one of these delicious, healthy dinners.
- 3-oz. sirloin burger (95 percent lean)
- 1-oz. slice part-skim mozzarella
- 1 whole-grain hamburger bun
- 1½ cups broccoli, chopped into bite-size pieces
- 3 Tbsp. batch-made yogurt ranch dressing
Preheat indoor/outdoor grill or boiler. Cook burger until 160°F. Melt cheese on burger and serve on bun. Toss broccoli with dressing.
