End the day as well as you started it with one of these delicious, healthy dinners.
- 1 3-oz. boneless pork chop
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1½ cups fresh or frozen green beans
- 1 medium sweet potato
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
Preheat broiler. Broil pork chop on foil-lined baking sheet for about 30 minutes, turning once, until meat thermometer inserted in chop reads 160°F. Sauté garlic in olive oil for 1 minute; add green beans and sauté until beans are al dente, about 6 minutes more. Poke holes in sweet potato with a fork and microwave until tender, about 8 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve pork chop with green beans and sweet potato.
