- 4 oz. chunk light tuna (packed in water, drained)
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 8 whole-grain crackers
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 3 stalks celery
Mix tuna with lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with crackers, cucumber and celery.
