Chocolate
- For unsweetened chocolate, try 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder and 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter (per ounce of unsweetened).
- 1 oz. semisweet chocolate can be replaced by 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate + 4 tsp. sugar.
- If your recipe calls for unsweetened cocoa powder, substitute with 1 oz. melted unsweetened chocolate (per 3 Tbsp. of powder).
