For this quick and easy finger food, you can use store-bought pesto or make your own: Combine 1/4 cup pine nuts, 4 cloves garlic, 3 cups fresh basil leaves, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper in a food processor. Process until smooth. With the blades in motion, pour in 3/4 cup olive oil. Add 1/2 cup grated Parmesan and puree until smooth and blended. Makes about 1 cup. Freeze what you don’t use in a small, airtight container.
