On a roll or in a wrap, these chicken sandwiches make the perfect lunch or dinner.
- 1 whole-grain tortilla
- 3 oz. batch-cooked chicken breast, sliced (or use skinless rotisserie chicken)
- ¼ cup canned (in water) artichokes, drained
- ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. feta
- 1 orange
Fill tortilla with chicken, artichokes, tomatoes and feta. Serve with orange.
