Next time you buy a carton of eggs, try a different way to cook them.
Combine eggs, half-and-half and salt in a large bowl and whisk. Pour egg mixture into a pie crust. Place on a baking sheet and bake until filling is set and crust is golden, about 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes, slice into wedges, and serve hot.
