According to McCormick, the first flavor trend for 2013 "dives headfirst into suptuous flavors to enjoy the gratification of a momentary escape." Look for decadent bitter chocolate, sweet basil and passion fruit, and black rum, charred orange and allspice flavor combinations. Try these recipes:
