In a saucepan, stir together 1 cup quick-cooking oats, 2/3 cup apple juice concentrate (thawed if frozen), 1 1/3 cups water, ½ tsp. cinnamon and ½ cup raisins. Bring to a simmer, then cover and cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand 3 minutes before serving.
