To make her tuna salad healthier, TheFoodieRD.Blogspot.com substituted plain fat-free Greek yogurt for mayonnaise.
Why it works: "[Yogurt] is thick, it's creamy, it has a pleasantly slight tang, and 1/4 cup of it has only 30 calories, plus 5 grams of protein. It is a great substitute for mayonnaise in tuna salad. Like mayonnaise, it doesn't really contribute any taste to the tuna salad. It's more of a filler." --The Foodie RD
