Sticky Spicy Ribs


2 racks pork baby back ribs

1 cup barbecue sauce

½ cup seedless raspberry jam

1 Tbsp. sriracha

2 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce


1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, stir together barbecue sauce, jam, sriracha and soy sauce. 

2. Place ribs in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Pour sauce over ribs, turning to coat, placing the meat side down.

3. Cover dish tightly with foil and bake until ribs are tender, 1 ½ to 2 hours. Remove foil, turn ribs over, and bake an additional 30 minutes, basting once or twice, until sauce is caramelized.
