Cook on the Weekend
During the week it can be easy to be too busy to make your kids' lunches and resort to pricier (and decidedly less healthy)
pre-packaged options. To avoid this completely do all of your prep during the weekend. If your kids love taking tuna salad
or chicken salad to lunch, whip them up on the weekend put them in air-tight storage in your refrigerator until it's time
to build the lunches.
