Soon after Bobbi Bragg, a legal assistant in Austin, Ky., sits down at her desk in the morning, doughnuts brought in by co-workers float by, or rising stress levels prompt her to reach for a candy bar stashed in her desk. "I grab chips, chocolate, the very things I know I'm not supposed to eat," she admits. Bobbi's munchies hit again around 8 p.m. when the ice cream in the freezer calls out to her—and to her husband, Daniel.
