- 2 large navel oranges
- 2 1/2 cups diced fresh pineapple
- 2/3 cup pineapple juice
Place 10 pop sticks in a bowl of warm water. Slice off top and bottom of oranges. Slice off peel and whit pith. Cut each orange into 5 round slices. Remove seeds. Drop half of pineapple pieces into ice pop molds. Place a slice of orange in each mold; top with remaining pineapple. Fill each mold with juice. Poke fruit with a skewer and tap bottom of mold on counter a few times to release any air bubbles. Place lid on top and insert damp pop sticks. Place mold in freezer; free for 8 to 12 hours.
