What do you do, and what are you responsible for?
I'm responsible for all the beauty pages in the magazine: makeup, skincare, haircare—you name it. My team and I brainstorm story ideas each month to deliver the smart beauty coverage we're known for. Once the stories are chosen, we write and edit them, choose the best new products to feature, and collaborate with the art and photo departments on how to bring each story to life.

What beauty products do you swear by?
It's so hard to choose! But some classic faves of mine include Vaseline (most of the time, it's all I wear on my lips!), dry shampoo (I'm currently hooked on Pantene), Rimmel Natural Bronzer in Sun Light (always in my makeup bag), L'Oreal Colour Riche Eyeliner in Black (of course!), Jergens Natural Glow to warm up my pale skin, and of course, sunscreen everyday (La Roche Posay Anthelios sunscreen fluid SPF 50 is so light and sheer, you barely notice you're wearing any—promise). Oh, and you'll never find me without a hair clip!

How would you describe your beauty philosophy?
Focus on accentuating the positives, instead of trying to fix the flaws. Don't get caught up in a pimple or dark circle. When you play up your great lashes or gorgeous smile, no-one notices those other things anyway!

What's your favorite money-saving beauty tip?
Don't wash your face in the morning. Your skin doesn't accumulate enough oil or grime overnight to make sudsing with a cleanser necessary in the AM—just splash some water and go! Not only does this cut down on the amount of cleanser you use (by half!), it saves valuable minutes in the morning, too.

What do you love most about ALL YOU?
Our smart and savvy readers, who challenge us to come up with the coolest, most innovative beauty tips and product finds each month. We work really hard to surprise and impress them, and package our stories in fresh, relevant ways.
