Lift Droopy Eyes
Step 1: Draw liner along the upper lid, extending the lien up and out for a "winged" effect. To goof-proof the process, place an
old business card against your face, lining it up from the outer corner of your eye to the end of your brow. Faintly trace
the edge.
Step 2: Carefully go back over it to fill in any gaps between the lash line and liner.
