Tame the frizzies
The difference between smooth locks and fuzzy ones is a matter of choosing the right products and knowing the best way to
use your blow-dryer.
Add moisture. Your hair turns into a ball of frizz when parched tresses absorb moisture from the air, so deep condition weekly with an

it evenly into dry hair, put on a plastic shower cap and apply heat with a dryer to activate the conditioners.

($17; sebastianprofessional.com). If you have fine, thin strands, use a lightweight cream like Suave Professionals Sleek Anti-Frizz cream ($3; at mass retailers).

dryer and direct air down toward ends to help cuticles lay flat. To keep curls smooth, twist sections around fingers, then
let them air-dry completely, says Pantene Pro-V celebrity stylist Hallie Bowman.
