
Get to know cranberries
These little beauties liven up Thanksgiving dinner and recipes all year round.
Fresh cranberries: Great for holiday sauces and chutneys, you can also add them to baked goods (get recipe ).
Dried cranberries: Toss into -- cookies, muffins, brownies, cakes and trail mixes. Or sprinkle on cereal instead of raisins.
Cranberry juice: Perfect on its own, mixed with seltzer or in cocktails. Look for 100-percent juice instead of sugary "juice drinks."
