Fruit Kebabs with Honey Yogurt Dipping Sauce

It's amazing how much nutritious food kids will eat when you put it on a stick and let them dip it in sauce.

Prep: 10 min.

Serves: 4

1 cup plain yogurt

2 Tbsp. honey, or to taste

3 cups fresh fruit such as melon, pineapple, strawberries and grapes, cut into bite-size chunks

Combine yogurt and honey in a small bowl and stir until smooth. Thread fruit onto 4 bamboo skewers and serve with yogurt mixture.

PER SERVING: 104 Cal., 2g Fat (1g Sat.), 8mg Chol., 2g Fiber, 3g Pro., 20g Carb., 30mg Sod.

Safety tip. Snip the pointy end off the skewers before serving the kebobs to young kids. A nail clipper works well.
