Keep your marriage safe from an affair
Infidelity can end a relationship. Here's how to prevent it from happening
Talk, talk, talk. Chatting often will keep you connected and
fulfilled, and you won't feel like you need to find someone else to
confide in. You can also communicate without speaking -- through
things like a loving note left in his car or a sweet e-mail. Be
supportive of each other, and before you know it, your conversation
will probably turn to how much you love each other!
Stay involved in each other's work. Fifty percent of
employees say they've known a married coworker that had an affair
with someone at the office, according to a recent survey. Make it a
priority to go to your spouse's job-related events, like happy
hours and company parties. That way, you can meet the women your
husband works with. At your office, let people know you're taken --
post pictures of your husband and family in your cube or locker and
talk about them often. And stay away from temptation -- if you find
yourself attracted to Ted in HR, avoid him so you don't put
yourself in a sticky situation.
